UNSC की बैठक में अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन ने हमास के हमलों की मुंबई आतंकी हमले से तुलना की. पाकिस्तान अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मंच पर बार-बार कश्मीर का राग अलापता है, अपनी इसी आदत से मजबूर पाकिस्तान ने एक बार फिर ऐसा ही किया। संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद् में पाकिस्तान ने कश्मीर का जिक्र किया। यूएन में पाकिस्तान के स्थायी प्रतिनिधि मुनीर अकरम ने कहा कि कश्मीर के लोगों का हाल भी मौजूदा समय में फिलिस्तीनियों जैसा है. इसी बैठक में भारत ने पाकिस्तान को जमकर लताड़ा.
