* Cumin Powder जीरा पाउडर (Jeera)-1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर (Dhaniya Powder-1/2 tsp)
* Red Chili Flakes (रेड चिली फलैक्स) लाल मिर्च फलैक्स
* Chaat Masala चाट मसाला - 1 tsp
* Ginger and green chilli paste
* Chopped Coriander बारीक़ कटा हरा धनिया
* Bread slices- 6
* Tomato catchup- 2 to 3 tbsp
* Red chilli sauce-1tbsp
* Mustard seed -1tsp
* Asafoetida/Hing - हींग-1 pinch
