1. 3-in-1 Instant Premix Recipe
Ingredients [00:37]:
Nuts: 10-12 Almonds and 10-12 Cashews.
Thickening Base: 4 Bread slices (white sandwich bread).
Milk Powder: 1 cup.
Flavoring: 1 tsp Cardamom powder and a few Saffron strands.
Sweetener (Optional at this stage): Jaggery powder (Gur), sugar, or mishri powder. The creator adds jaggery later to prevent milk curdling.
Extra Crunch: Chopped pistachios, almonds, and cashews.

Steps:
Grind Nuts [00:51]: Pulse almonds and cashews in a grinder to a coarse powder.
Make Breadcrumbs [01:20]: Break bread into pieces and grind them into coarse crumbs.
Roast [01:45]: Lightly roast the breadcrumbs in a pan for 1-2 minutes until they feel slightly dry and "creamy" in color.
Combine [02:44]: In a bowl, mix the roasted breadcrumbs, nut powder, milk powder, cardamom, saffron, and chopped nuts.
Storage [03:53]: Store this premix in an airtight jar. it stays fresh for 6 months (or 1 year in the fridge).

2. Making Lachhedar Rabri [04:20]
Boil 1 liter of regular milk. Once it boils, lower the heat.
Add 1.5 to 2 cups of the Instant Premix. Stir continuously.
The milk will thicken into a lachhedar (layered) rabri in just 2 minutes [05:43].
Sweeten [06:02]: Once slightly cooled, add 4-5 tbsp Jaggery powder (or sugar/mishri if you prefer). Stir until mixed.

3. Making Malai Kulfi [07:05]
Take the prepared Rabri and blend it in a mixer to make it smooth.
Pour the smooth mix into kulfi molds, small glasses, or an ice cream tray [07:44].
Cover with foil and freeze for 7-8 hours [08:08].
To unmold, dip the mold in water briefly and rotate the kulfi out [09:31].

4. Making Creamy Milk Bottles [08:15]
Take some of the smooth kulfi/rabri mix and dilute it with a little cold milk (as bottle milk is thinner).
Add 1 tbsp Gulkand (optional) or more sweetener.
Mix in chopped nuts and Chironji (charoli) for texture [08:45].
Pour into glass bottles and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving [09:03].
