इधर शिमला से इस वक्त की बड़ी खबर आ रही है. शिमला की संजौली मस्जिद का अवैध हिस्सा गिराया जाएगा... शिमला की अदालत ने नगर निगम आयुक्त के उस फैसले को बरकरार रखा है.. जिसमें मस्जिद की 3 अवैध मंजिल को गिराने का आदेश दिया गया था... मुस्लिम पक्ष की ओर से दलील की गई थी कि जिस व्यक्ति ने नगर निगम कोर्ट में खुद ही मस्जिद तोड़ने पर सहमति दी है.. वो इसके लिए अधिकृत नहीं है... लेकिन ये दलील काम नही आई और शिमला की निचली अदालत ने नगर निगम आयुक्त के फैसले को बरकरार रखा.. यानी अब तय है कि संजौली मस्जिद के 3 अवैध मंजिल गिराये जाएंगे।

The Muslim side argued that the person who himself has agreed to demolish the mosque in the Municipal Corporation Court... is not authorized to do so... but this argument did not work and the lower court of Shimla upheld the decision of the Municipal Corporation Commissioner... that means now it is certain that 3 illegal floors of Sanjauli Mosque will be demolished.
