मणिपुर में आतंकी हमला में शहीद हुए जवानों को सीएम बीरेन सिंह ने श्रद्धांजलि दी. इस हमले में आतंकियों ने 46 असम राइफल्स के कमांडिंग ऑफिसर कर्नल विप्लव त्रिपाठी को निशाना बनाया. उनके काफिले पर हमला किया गया. इस दौरान कर्नल त्रिपाठी के अलावा उनकी पत्नी और बेटे की भी मौत हो गई
