केरल में एनसीबी और भारतीय नौसेना ने संयुक्त अभियान चलाते हुए 12 हजार करोड़ की ड्रग्स पकड़ी है. रेड के दौरान 2500 किलो मेथामफेटामाइन ड्रग्स बरामद हुई है. ये पहली बार जब भारत में मेथामफेटामाइन ड्रग्स की इतनी बड़ी खेप मिली है. नौसेना ने खेप के साथ एक संदिग्ध पाकिस्तानी नागरिक को हिरासत में लिया है, जिससे पूछताछ की जा रही है. बताया जा रहा है कि ड्रग्स अफगानिस्तान से समुद्र के जरिए केरल लाई गई थी. NCB के अलावा, श्रीलंका और मालदीव के साथ साझा किए गए इनपुट के आधार पर ये बरामदगी हुई है.
