Ingredients List सामग्री
Milk - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Gud/Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Milk Powder - 2 cups
Alternatively use Sugar 1/2cup.

Milk Peda Step by step process:
Mix well.
On low flame add mix into pan.
Mix & melt Jaggery.
Turn off flame.
Add milk powder in batches & mix well.
Cook on low flame.
Mix and cook until thick.
Cook until leaves pan.
Turn off flame when it leaves pan.
Transfer into a bowl.
Let it cool for sometime.
Take small ball mix.
Roll and prepare peda .
Press with finger on top,Place chopped Pista.
