Ingredients List सामग्री
All Purpose Flour / Maida मैदा - 1 Cup
Sooji/Rava - 1/2 Cup
Besan/Gram Flour - 1/4 Cup
Salt as per Taste
Carom/Ajwain अज़वाइन-1 tsp
Pasta Seasoning-1 tsp
Mix Dry Ingredients
Add 3 tbsp Oil and mix well
Grated boiled Potato - 3 Pcs
Add grated potatoes and mix without water
Aloo ki Mathri Dough is ready
Rest for 5 min
Take dough and make small balls
Roll dough and make Mathri Papdi
prick it on both sides using a fork.
