गाजियाबाद में एक बच्चे पर पिटबुल डॉग ने हमला कर दिया है. संजय नगर पार्क में हुई इस घटना के बाद बच्चे के चेहरे पर 150 से ज्यादा टांके लगाने पड़े हैं. नगर निगम ने इस सिलसिले में 5 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है. इस हादसे के बाद अब सवाल है कि अब कुत्तों को पालने और बाकी जानवरों को लेकर क्या अब सख्त कानून बनने की जरूरत है. देखिए Zee News की ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट.
