Spinach - 2 bunch
Chopped Onion - 3 pcs
Chopped Garlic - 6 cloves
Salt as per Taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Imly Water
Add Water
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Split Bengal Bram - 1 tsp
Black Gram - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Garlic - 7 cloves
Red Chilli - 2 pcs
Chopped Coriander

Step-by-Step Instructions with ingredients
???? Prepare Spinach – Wash and chop 2 bunches of spinach, then set aside.
???? Prepare Aromatics – Chop 1 onion, 6 cloves of garlic, and set aside. Also, chop 2 red chillies and some coriander leaves.
????️ Temper Spices – In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp split Bengal gram, 1 tsp black gram, and 1/4 tsp asafoetida. Stir for a few seconds.
????️ Add Dry Spices – Add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, and salt to taste. Stir well.
???? Cook the Spinach – Add the chopped spinach, curry leaves, 7 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp cumin, a little tamarind water, and water as needed. Cook until the spinach wilts and the flavors combine. Garnish with chopped coriande
