For the Base:
[00:41] Lemons: 500g (preferably thin-skinned 'Kagzi' lemons).
[02:43] Fresh Red Chillies: 50-60g (thick pickle variety, chopped).
[06:48] Jaggery (Gur): 500g (crushed or grated).
[06:17] Oil: 1 tbsp Mustard oil (for the base) + 1 tbsp for sealing the jar.

Spice Mix:
[05:04] Seeds & Peppers: 1 tbsp Fennel seeds (Saunf) and 1 tsp Whole black pepper.
[05:09] Salts & Powders: 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black salt, 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi), and 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.
