दिल्ली-एनसीआर में सुबह तेज आंधी के साथ बारिश हुई . सुबह मौसम में अचानक बदलाव आया और झमाझम बारिश हुई. आईएमडी ने पहले से ही आज दिल्ली सहित उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में बारिश और आंधी आने की उम्मीद जताई थी.
