मध्‍य प्रदेश के धार में एक बार फिर से बड़ी लापरवाही देखने को मिली. पुलिस और अस्पताल के कर्मचारियों को चकमा देकर अस्पताल से फरार हो गया. हॉस्‍पि‍टल में भर्ती एक रेप का कैदी आराम से टहलते हुए भाग गया और पुल‍िस को पता तक नहीं चला. कैदी की अस्पताल से भागते हुए तस्वीरें सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई.
