SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has doubled down on his remarks on Pakistan's founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah, after the BJP criticised him for putting Mr Jinnah and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel inside the same bracket. BJP leader and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had called the remarks as coming from a man with a "Talibani mindset".

सपा प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव ने पाकिस्तान के संस्थापक मुहम्मद अली जिन्ना पर अपनी टिप्पणी को दोगुना कर दिया है, जब भाजपा ने श्री जिन्ना और सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल को एक ही ब्रैकेट में रखने के लिए उनकी आलोचना की थी। भाजपा नेता और उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने टिप्पणी को "तालिबानी मानसिकता" वाले व्यक्ति से आने वाला बताया था।
