* Mustard Seed / Sarso /Rai - राय 2 tbsp
* Oil तेल -1 cup
* Asafoetida/Hing - हींग 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric /Haldi - हल्दी 1 tsp
* Black Salt (काला नमक) 1 tsp
