ओडिशा के भुवनेश्वर में आर्मी जवान और उसकी मंगेतर देर रात अपनी गाड़ी में सफर कर रहे थे..तभी तीन गाड़ियों में सवार 12-13 लोगों ने उन्हें परेशान करना शुरू कर दिया...बदमाशों ने गाड़ी का पीछा करते हुए आर्मी जवान और उसकी मंगेतर के साथ गाली-गलौज की..धक्का-मुक्की भी की....जिसकी शिकायत करने पर आर्मी जवान पुलिस स्टेशन भरतपुर में शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए पहुंचा...लेकिन पुलिस ने FIR दर्ज करने में आनाकानी की.
