17 Kashmiri youths, who had travelled to Pakistan to pursue higher studies, have returned as terrorists have been killed so far by security forces in the valley. Also the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) have advised Indian students not to go to Pakistan for higher studies stating that such degrees wouldn't be recognised in India.
