कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने अपने लंदन दौरे के दौरान कैंब्रिज यूनिवर्सिटी में भारत को लेकर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की। इसका पलटवार करते हुए बीजेपी नेता गिरिराज सिंह ने कड़ा प्रहार किया और कहा, 'राहुल के विचार और आचरण देशद्रोही और टुकड़े-टुकड़े गैंग से कम नहीं है'.
