Paadasaram is a tele serial which is different from the stereotype serial stories. This serial unleashes the life of new generation IT employees. The story line of Paadasaram illustrates the war between the companies in an IT park and its struggling employeesby and large. The luxurious, undisciplined and non- committed life makes them inhuman. Survival of the fittest policy makes them demons than humans. the cross the borders of morality and compassion to get their positions firm.

The serial more or less moves through the real time life of technocrats.Krishnaveni, a smart It professional is the lead character in the story.Krishna veni and Kumar are two vibrant technocrats working in Net Asia software company . At the beginning of the story they are in love and decided to marry and live together .But when an issue came up in the office, Krishnaveni tackles it and became the team leader .

It hurts Kumar's ego and slowly he moves against her and eventually he succeeds to expel her from the company. Krishnaveni was not a mute woman to bear all this even though she was pregnant by Kumar , her womanhood wanted to win over his ego and betrayal. She joins in another neighboring software company and starts a war against Kumar. The conflict didn't remain between two individuals but it did spread into the clash of titans in the IT community . The serial unleashes how this takes place in different people in the society. Melvin and Prem Shankar are other leading characters in this story.
