ये साल 2011 था.. UPA-2 की सरकार केंद्र में थी. जन लोकपाल के मुद्दे पर India against Corruption ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एक मुहिम छेड़ी.. जिसके केंद्र में थे सामाजिक आंदोलन के लिए जाने जाने वाले अन्ना हज़ारे.. जन लोकपाल के मुद्दे पर अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनकी टीम ने केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर घेरेबंदी की.. और यहीं से कांग्रेस की सरकार के खिलाफ जन आक्रोश ने अपना एक रूप ले लिया.
