Exclusive: Ranbir Kapoor | Anurag Kashyap's Interview On Bombay Velvet In Sri Lanka

In this group interview, Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap in Tissamaharama, Sri Lanka talk about shooting for 'Bombay Velvet'. Ranbir says that he considers himself lucky that he's a part of Anurag's vision. He makes it clear that it's great that in today's times, filmmakers and stories are more important than actors and stars. He also reveals that he doesn't regret doing 'Besharam' at all and explains how his character in 'Bombay Velvet' is different from the one he played in 'Rockstar'. Both admit that they were surprised to see Karan Johar's negative avatar in the film. Ranbir speaks highly of his co-star Anushka Sharma. He raises laughs as he remarks that Anurag was waiting for him to grow up and that's why it took 8-9 years for him to start the film. Ranbir explains why physical transformation is not enough and that an actor should also emotionally be the character.
