कोविड के बाद एक और बड़ी बीमारी दुनिया में तबाही मचा सकती है। गौर करने वाली बात ये कि, अगर इस बीमारी ने महामारी की शक्ल अख्तियार कर ली तो हाहाकार मच सकता है। हालांकि, इस बीमारी के चीन से नहीं, बल्कि उसके पड़ोसी मुल्क जापान से फैलने का ख़तरा है। दरअसल..जापान में कोविड के सुरक्षा नियमों में ढील बरतते ही STSS यानि स्ट्रेप्टोकोकल टॉक्सिक शॉक सिंड्रोम के मामले तेज़ी से बढ़ने लगे हैं। जो बैक्टीरिया इस बीमारी की वजह है, उसका नाम 'ग्रुप ए स्ट्रेप्टोकोकस' है। इसे फ्लेश ईटिंगी बैक्टीरिया यानि मांस खाने वाला बैक्टीरिया भी कहा जाता है। ये बीमारी इसलिए इतनी खतरनाक मानी जा रही है, क्योंकि इसकी वजह से मरीज की 48 घंटे, यानी दो दिन के भीतर मौत हो सकती है। यही नहीं, ये बीमारी तेज़ी से फैलती है और इसमें मृत्यु दर भी अधिक है।

The bacteria that causes this disease is called 'Group A Streptococcus'. It is also called flesh eating bacteria. This disease is considered so dangerous because due to this the patient can die within 48 hours, i.e. two days. Not only this, this disease spreads rapidly and the mortality rate is also high.
