मैदानी इलाकों में भारी बारिश के बाद अब नदियां खतरे का अलार्म बजा रही है तो वहीं अगर पहाड़ी इलाकों की बात करें, वहां खौफ के मारे लोग कांप रहे हैं. टिहरी और रुद्रप्रयाग में तो बादल फटने के बाद नदी-नालों में उफान आ गया है, लोग डर के मारे अपने घरों से बाहर निकलकर ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों की ओर भागने लगे हैं.
