For the Soft Suji (Semolina) Dough:

For the Chatpata Aloo Filling:

[02:02] Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1 teaspoon
[02:04] Asafoetida (Hing): 2 pinches
[02:05] Green Chillies, Ginger, & Garlic: Chopped/Grated
[02:25] Onion: 1 small (finely chopped)
[03:00] Boiled Potatoes: 4 (mashed/grated)
[03:07] Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
[03:08] Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
[03:10] Chaat Masala: 1 teaspoon (or Amchur powder)
[03:14] Turmeric (Haldi): 1/4 teaspoon
[03:16] Salt & Garam Masala: As required
[03:36] Fresh Coriander: Chopped

For the Flavorful Tempering (Tadka):
[07:03] Oil: 1 teaspoon
[07:06] Mustard Seeds (Rai): 1/2 teaspoon
[07:07] Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1/2 teaspoon
[07:09] Curry Leaves & Slit Green Chillies: A few
