Ingredients List सामग्री KATORI CHAAT RECIPE
FOR KATORI
==============
All Purpose Flour / Maida मैदा - 1.5 Cup
Sooji/Rava- 1/2 Cup
Salt as per Taste
Carom Seed/Parsley/ अजवायन [Ajwain] - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mix well
Add water to make Semi soft Dough
Semi soft smooth Dough is ready
Rest Dough for 10 mins
Now pinch a ball sized dough, and flatten it
dust flour as required and roll slightly thick
prick the flattened dough with fork to avoid from puffing up while frying
place a small katori or Glass and wrap the dough
Wrap the dough outside Katori
deep fry in hot oil or bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes
Oil for frying
Deep fry Katori in hot Oil
Splash oil till the katori separates from the dough
Fry the katori dough till it turns Golden and Crisp
Now katori separating from the dough
drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside

Katori chaat Stuffing

Sliced boiled Potatoes- 2
Boiled Kabuli Channa- 1 Cup
Chopped Green Chilli- 4
Chopped Onion- 4 tbsp
Chopped Tomato- 4 tbsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Black Salt as required
Roasted Cumin/Jeera Powder- 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1 tsp
Curd- 3 to 4 tbsp
Coriander Chutney- 1 tsp
Sweet/Imli Chutney - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
