उमेशपाल हत्याकांड में अपराधी असद अहमद और शूटर गुलाम का यूपी STF की टीम ने झांसी में एनकाउंटर कर दिया है. यूपी STF की इस कार्यवाई पर उत्तर प्रदेश के ADG प्रशांत कुमार ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की है.
