I am sharing several option to make this recipe. One can make with Milk Mawa aka Khoa or without it. If desired, condensed milk can be used as well but I prefer to use Sugar and low cal sugar can be used as well.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE LAUKI OR DHUDHI HALWA BURFI BARFI
Lauki OR Dudhi– 4 cups
Full-Fat Milk – 1 cup
Khoya – ¾ to 1 cup (crumbled or shredded)
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp.
Green Food Color – ¼ tsp. (optional)
Pistachios – ¼ cup
Cashew – ¼ cup
Walnuts Almonds can be used
Raisins – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 cup or less.
Ghee – 1 to 2 tbsp.
