Salt as per taste
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

For Tadka
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Slit Green Chilli - 3
Red Chillies - 2
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
