Ingredients List सामग्री
Cashew Nuts - 1 cup
Almonds - 1 cup
Walnuts - 1/2 cup
Pistachio - 1/4 cup
Sesame Seeds - 1/4 cup..
Pumpkin Seeds - 1/4 cup
Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Oats - 1/2 cup
Dates - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp

Take a jar add dates,Water and Make fine paste.
Take a pan.
Add Cashew Nuts,Almonds,Walnuts,Pistachio,Pumpkin Seeds,Desiccated Coconut.
Dry roast until crisp and aromatic.
Turn off flame when aromatic and crisp.
Transfer into plate & let it cool.
Dry roast oats.
Turn off flame and let it cool.
Prepare Coarse Powder.
Add Oats powder into dry fruits
Add into a pan.
Cook until leaves pan & Thick.
After it changes colour and thick in consistency.
Add Roasted Dry fruits.
Add Cardamom Powder.
Mix well.
Grease a tray with Oil/Ghee.
Place butter paper and grease it.
Add Honey in dry fruits mix.
Mix well & Turn off flame.
Transfer into greased tray & spread.
Let it set in fridge for 1 hour.
