Periods? Cramps? Menstruation? Sanitary Pads? | Do's & Don't | vLog

Hey girls... I am really excited about this vLog and I have a very interesting topic to talk about today's topic and that would be Periods/ PMS/ Tracking App(CLUE) etc.?
It's surprising to see that all girls go through this phase but somehow there is very less information available on the internet and people generally don't talk or share their experience about periods, which sanitary pads they use and the technology Apps that are available today to monitor and track your periods.
I have also shared my experience about CRAMPS and the natural remedy that worked for me. These uterine contractions cause most of the pain felt during menstrual cramps. It's important to track periods because any irregularity can lead to cyst which can lead to issues related to pregnancy etc.
